Ingredients For GOBHI PARATHA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
  • 2. Add cumin seeds to crackle.
  • 3. Add ginger and chopped onion saute for few seconds.
  • 4. Add grated cauliflower and green chilly and saute for one to two minutes.
  • 5. Add all dry spices,salt and 1 tbsp water and saute for one minutes.
  • 6. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
  • 7. Now stuffing is ready.
  • 8. Take a bowl add wheat flour,salt and 1 tsp oil and mix well.
  • 9. With the help of water make a soft dough.
  • 10. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • 11. Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  • 12. Slightly roll the balls.
  • 13. Stuff one tbsp filling and seal it.
  • 14. Roll out the paratha.
  • 15. Place the paratha on the hot pan.
  • 16. Apply oil on both the sides.
  • 17. Serve hot with aloo baingan ki subji.
