1.
First mix all dry ingredients well then add Except Kalonji ; ghee and make it crumble then add 3/4 glass of green tea water and make a dough.

Now make rounds flatten it poke holes with fork so that it does not puff up then add impressions using a fork grease with oil on top then top it off with Kalonji seeds grease a baking tray add all these to a baking tray and bake at 190 degrees for 10 minutes.
