1.
Take a 1 cup wheat flour and mix 2 tbsp ragi flour. 2tbsp besan, 1tbsp maida and mix salt ,chilly powder chaat masala and 2 tbsp desi ghee mix the water make a dough.

Put 1 tbsp oil in kadhai then 1/2 tsp hing and mix grated carrot,green peas, grated cauliflower and add salt, green chilly, and amchoor powder.

When vegetables dry then add grated paneer.
4.
Make a round shape of dough and fill it dry vegatables.
5.
Take tawa and make parotha and apply butter ready yummy and tasty parotha for serving.
6.
Enjoy ! Healthy prandha with chutney , curd and pickle.
