Note - you can store these homemade vermicelli for up-to 2 months. Make sure their is no moisture left store the vermicelli in an airtight container.

Ingredients For Homemade oats vermicelli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. To make homemade oats vermicelli grind 1 cup oats to make oats flour.
  • 2. In a bowl add oats flour, whole wheat flour and water to make a hard dough.
  • 3. Grease the mould with ghee.
  • 4. Fill the dough in a mould.
  • 5. Start making vermicelli with the mould.
  • 6. Now sundry the vermicelli 2 - 3 days.
  • 7. Chopped all veggies.
  • 8. In a wok add ghee heat it up and add chopped onion roast slightly.
  • 9. Add all veggies in it.
  • 10. Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder.
  • 11. Cook it for 10 minutes to make veggies crunchy add tomato ketchup mix well. Keep aside.
  • 12. In a pan roast the vermicelli.
  • 13. In a another pan boil 2 cup water and add 1 cup roasted vermicelli and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
  • 14. Now transfer the cooked vermicelli into crunchy veggies.
  • 15. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
  • 16. Cook for more 3 - 4 minutes on low flame.
  • 17. Now our healthy homemade oats vermicelli is ready to serve.
