Ingredients For HYDERABADI MUTTON TAHRI RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Marinate mutton with ginger garlic paste and salt.
  • 2. Keep aside for two hours heat oil in a pan.
  • 3. Add whole garam masala to crackle. Add onion and stir fry till golden brown.
  • 4. Add coriander powder,red chilly powder,turmeric powder and tomatoes , and saute for 3 - 4 minutes.
  • 5. Add marinated mutton pieces and mix well.
  • 6. Add curd,mint leaves and coriander leaves and and green chilly and saute for 4 - 5 mins.
  • 7. Add 2 cup of water and cover it.
  • 8. Cook till 15 mins.
  • 9. Wash and rinse the basmati rice and add in the mutton gravy.
  • 10. When gravy comes to boil simmer the flame.
  • 11. Cover it and cook for 5 - 6 mins.
  • 12. Serve hot with raita.
