Methods
  • 1. In a bowl take idlis and mash them nicely.Keep aside mashed idlis for later use.
  • 2. Heat a pan on medium heat and add oil.
  • 3. Lower the flame add chilli powder, garam masala powder and turmeric powder into the hot oil.
  • 4. Fry spices for few seconds, add the boiled green peas,chopped carrots,salt and mix well.
  • 5. Cook vegetables for 3-4 minutes, until carrots are soft.
  • 6. Add the mashed idlis, chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
  • 7. Turn off the heat and let mixture cool down completely.
  • 8. Grease your hands with little oil,take a small portion of idli mix and shape into kebab.
  • 9. Same way prepare all the kebabs.
  • 10. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • 11. Pour 1-2 tbsp of oil in a hot pan.
  • 12. Place 5-6 kebabs in a pan,and cook until they turn crispy and brown.
  • 13. While cooking rotate in between making sure all sides are roasted evenly.
  • 14. Finally, serve hot idli kebab along with dip of your choice.
