Ingredients For INSTANT RICE DOSA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take a blender add cooked rice,rice flour,all purpose flour and grind them along with some water.
  • 2. Make a thick batter.
  • 3. Transfer the batter to bowl add salt,curd,baking powder and mix well.
  • 4. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • 5. Heat non stick pan.
  • 6. Add one tsp oil and rub it with tissue paper.
  • 7. Pour a large spoon of dosa batter on the pan.
  • 8. Lower the heat put some oil over dosa.
  • 9. Flip when done on one side.
  • 10. Serve them hot with any chutney of your choice.
