Helo everyone here I come with new recipe which is so tasty without taking too much and with some new taste. I called it "jhatpat aloo paratha".aloo paratha is most lovable food in india so I think this newstyle recipe should share with u all .u can make it any time for breakfast lunch aur evening snacks.here I am using not only wheat flour also chana dal aata(besan),suji,nachani aata(ragi flour).it's so tasty and healthy.different flour are giving best taste.and I have made this in very easy way which u guys will love it.so let's start with it

If u making for kids so don't use chopped green chillies u can just add chilli paste or red chilli powder for taste.if u think dough is not enough with potato so I can add 1 more potato and mix it.dont use water at all.

Methods
  • 1. Take 1 big bowl or plate in which you can knead dough.
  • 2. Add boiled and peeled potato. mash it well.
  • 3. Add wheat flour,suji,chana dal aata,ragi flour, coriander leaves.
  • 4. Garam masala,coriander powder and finely chopped oinon and green chillies.
  • 5. Add 1 spoon oil and salt mix it well.
  • 6. Knead dough without using water.
  • 7. It will become soft dough like chapati dough.
  • 8. Now rest it by covering for 5 minutes.
  • 9. Put tawa on medium flame, take dough divide in equal portion.
  • 10. Take 1 dough ball if you want you can roll it like chapati.
  • 11. Here I have done with using hand without roller.
  • 12. Spread some wheat flour on board. Take dough ball. press it with slowly slowly and make it round.
  • 13. Just like we use to make jawar roti.
  • 14. Now put paratha on tawa. Bake it from both side till get golden.
  • 15. Apply ghee or oil as you needed.make all parathas with same as above.
  • 16. Serve with curd or pickle or tea.
