Ingredients For Jhatpat Chholiya Biryani In Cooker Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a cooker. Add onion and sauté until onion turns to light brown.
  • 2. Add ginger garlic chilli paste. Sauté till the raw smell disappears and color gets changed to golden brown.
  • 3. Add tomato puree and spices. Sauté well till oil gets separated.
  • 4. Reduce the gas flame and add whisked yoghurt. Mix well.
  • 5. Add rice and water. Close the lid of the cooker. Cook till 2 whistles.
  • 6. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Looking delicious ,but I have fear for to use more red chilly powder.
