Jini Mini Dosa Recipe

Jini dosa is a cheesy, spicy and yummlicious dosa loaded with veggies is a kind of pizza in street food version. Jini dosa is often served in the form of rolls and served with sambar and chutney. Dosas cooked in butter are topped with a succulent and spicy mixture of veggies, which is also cooked in butter and topped with lots of cheese.

Ingredients For Jini Mini Dosa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Have the idli dosa batter ready.Chop all the vegetables and grate the cheese.
  • 2. So the start of this dosa is like any other, just take a ladle full of idli dosa batter and put it in the center of a hot dosa griddle and then going in circular motion spread it and make as large of a circle as you can. Make sure that the flame is on low.
  • 3. Then you take 1 tsp of butter and spread it on top of the dosa.
  • 4. Once spread add the cabbage, onions, capsicum, tomatoes, and mix it well.
  • 5. Then add the kashmiri red chilli powder and the tomato sauce and mix again.
  • 6. Now add the schezwan sauce and mix it and cook for just 30 seconds
  • 7. Then add the grated cheese and green onions leaves and using a potato masher press it down.
  • 8. And then using a spoon spread it all over the dosa and sprinkle some more cheese.
  • 9. And now using a sharp knife start cutting the dosa in vertical lines and then start rolling them.
  • 10. And of course put them in a plate and garnish with some more cheese.
  • 11. And do serve this dosa with some coconut chutney.
