Ingredients For Kachha Aam Ke Papad Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel and cut the mangoes and take out the pulp.
  • 2. Cut into small pieces.
  • 3. Heat a pan. Dry roast all the spices. Let it cool.
  • 4. Grind it to a fine powder.
  • 5. In a pressure cooker, add little water and cook the mango pieces till soft.
  • 6. Let it cool. Strain them through a strainer so that the fibers are removed.
  • 7. Heat a pan. Add the strained pulp . Boil with sugar.
  • 8. Cook till sugar dissolves and the mango mixture becomes thick.
  • 9. Switch off the flame. Add grounded spices and mix well.
  • 10. Grease the dish with oil and spread the mango pulp evenly on the dish with a ladle.
  • 11. Dry them in sunlight for a couple of days.
  • 12. When the mango papad comes off easily, cut them into pieces and store in an air tight container for days.
