Ingredients For KADALA CURRY RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take black gram and 2 cup water and pressure cook for 15 minutes.
  • 2. Take a blender add onion,ginger and garlic and blend to make a paste.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds to crackle now add onion and ginger garlic paste and saute for 4 - 5 minutes.
  • 4. Add ,garam masala powder,r,coriander powder,red chilly powder,turmeric powder and 2 tbsp water and mix well.
  • 5. Saute until oil leaves the pan now add boiled black gram along with water and mix well.
  • 6. Add salt and cook for five minutes.
  • 7. For tempering add asafoetida,,black mustard seeds curry leaves and whole red chilly to crackle.
  • 8. Add in the cooked black gram
