Ingredients For KADHAI PANEER RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Dry roast the whole red chilly,whole coriander seeds and cumin seeds.
  • 2. Once cooled to make a powder.
  • 3. Also make a paste of onion and ginger garlic.
  • 4. Heat oil in a pan,add onion and ginger garlic paste and saute for 4 - 5 minutes.
  • 5. Grind to make a paste of tomato and add in the pan,saute for 4 - 5 minutes.
  • 6. Now add turmeric powder and ground masala powder and mix well.
  • 7. Add kashmiri mirch powder and green chilly and mix it well.
  • 8. Stir continuously until oil leaves the pan.
  • 9. Now add one cup of water and bring to boil.
  • 10. Once boiled add paneer cubes,salt and garam masala and mix well.
  • 11. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • 12. Serve hot with rice and chaptis.
