Ingredients For Kaju Katali Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Make fine powder of cashew. Seive it.
  • 2. In a pan take sugar and water. Boil to form 1 string consistency.
  • 3. Now add cashew Powder, cardmom powder, ghee and mix well.
  • 4. Cook well and off the flame when it will start leaving the pan.
  • 5. Pour this on greased tray or paper .
  • 6. Knead dough carefully while it's hot.
  • 7. Roll thin and cut into desired shape.
  • 8. Tasty Kaju Katali is ready to serve.
