Ingredients For KASHMIRI ROTH RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add wheat flour,sugar,cardamom powder,clarified butter and mix well.
  • 2. With the help of little water knead a stiff dough.
  • 3. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • 4. Divide the dough in to balls.
  • 5. Press each ball to disc like thick roth.
  • 6. Grease some curd and stick the almonds at the top and sprinkle some poppy seeds.
  • 7. Heat clarified butter in a pan and deep fry the roth until brown and crispy.
  • 8. Garnish with sugar powder.
