Methods
  • 1. Heat milk and ripe banana pulp in the pan until milk absorb.
  • 2. Heat clarified butter in other pan.
  • 3. Add ripe banana and milk mixture in the pan and stir continuously till thick and clarified butter leaves the pan.
  • 4. Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.
  • 5. Add raisins and crushed almonds and cashew nuts and mix well
  • 6. Pour the mixture in the grease plate and garnish with almonds,cashew nuts and raisins.
  • 7. Cut into diamond shape.
