Ingredients For Khandavi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix gram flour and butter milk to make a smooth batter. Add haldi and salt to it.
  • 2. In a pan reduce the batter till it start to leave corners of pan. Grease a flat surface to spread the batter on it evenly.
  • 3. Let it cool and spread paneer on it. Cut it and make rolls.
  • 4. In a pan add oil and musturd seeds. Then add curry leaves and make a tadka.
  • 5. Pour the tadka on rolls and garnish with coriander leaves.
