U have to add butter so it's taste good and knead dough as much u can so pav will become super soft

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add lukewarm water add sugar,salt and yeast powder mix it well and keep it for 10 minutes
  • 2. Now add flour in it add 2-3 spoon butter and mix it well
  • 3. Add water as needed and knead soft dough.knead it for 10-15 minutes by adding again 2-4 soon butter cover it and rest it for 1 hour
  • 4. After hour apply butter on baking tray.take dough knead it by adding 1 spoon butter divide into equal portion
  • 5. Make balls and keep it in tray just having 1/2 inch distance
  • 6. Cover it keep it for 15-20 minutes for rest
  • 7. Pre heat oven now take tray apply milk on it and bake it for 15-20 minutes on 180 degree
  • 8. After that brush some butter on it and keep it get cool
  • 9. Now serve with batata Vada,bhaji or u can have it with tea also
