Ingredients For Lauki Channa Kabbab with coconut coriander chutney and sauce Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel and remove skin and cut lauki into cmall pieces .
  • 2. Take a pan and add 1 tsp oil and add cumin , dry chilly , peeper corn and grated ginger.
  • 3. And add soaked channa daal and lauki pieces , and add salt .
  • 4. Now add just enough water to cook daal . and the evaporates.
  • 5. Remove from heats and cool completely .
  • 6. Now add chaat masala , garam masala powder , salt , chopped coriander and bread crumbs and mix it well .
  • 7. Shape into small balls flatten them and cook on a hot pan with ghee on a both side .
  • 8. Serve with chutney and sauce.
