1.
Wash and chop lauki and grate it ,take a kneading bowl add grated lauki, suji, curd, salt, carom seeds, onion seeds,chilly flakes,green chilly and 2 tbsp clarified butter and mix well.

Make a stiff dough with the help of water.

Keep aside for 15 mins.
4.
Divide the dough into equal size balls.
5.
Sprinkle a little flour and roll them with a rolling pin to approximately 2.5 inch diameter.
6.
Heat oil in a wok, deep fry the kachori in a medium flame and fry till light brown.
