This is so delicious because it has all the flavours of a subji/curry/ side dish . How I made the subji is added oil mustard seeds then added hing turmeric powder cut brinjal salt and cooked well .. in a bowl add dhaniya powder amchur powder chilli powder and mix well add this to cooked brinjal and roast for 3 mins. Ready to serve.
