Often on a grand weekend when guests come often when pulao is made it gets left over so her goes a tikki made out of left over pulao and rolled in a left over roti .
How to make Left over pulao with left over roti pockets Recipe
1.
Sprinkle little water and make a dough with besan and rice flour.. add these two to the pulao. Note take out the kada masala from pulao if any then mix in dry ingredients.
2.
Chill this mixture for an hour then make them into cutlet shapes and deep fry it.
3.
Now take left over roti and roll cutlet inside the roti and place it on tawa and make it crispy and serve with sweet chutney.
