Methods
  • 1. Sprinkle little water and make a dough with besan and rice flour.. add these two to the pulao. Note take out the kada masala from pulao if any then mix in dry ingredients.
  • 2. Chill this mixture for an hour then make them into cutlet shapes and deep fry it.
  • 3. Now take left over roti and roll cutlet inside the roti and place it on tawa and make it crispy and serve with sweet chutney.
