First grind left over rice with salt then add chill powder, chat masala, turmeric powder, ajwain, kasuri methi, hing, mix well then add besan rice flour urad dhal flour and mix well.

Now chill in the fridge for half-hour so that oil consumption is less. Now take enough oil for deep fry and shape the dough into balls or sticks and deep fry them. Serve with imli chutney or sauce.
