Ingredients For Leftover Biscuit No bake pumpkin cake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Grind the biscuit to a powder.
  • 2. The butter should be softened.
  • 3. Mix the 2-3 table spoon butter in biscuit powder and spread in cake tin and freeze for 15-20 minutes for setting.
  • 4. Take a kadhai and dry fry sooji for 6-7 minutes. Do not roast
  • 5. Make a paste of pumpkin and put it in kadai and mix.
  • 6. Now add sugar in it and mix properly.
  • 7. When this paste comes at room temperature then spread this paste on the biscuit layer and put it in fridge to set.
  • 8. Garnish it with cherry , tooty frooty, chopped almonds and silver balls.
  • 9. Enjoy ! No bake pumpkin cake
