Leftover Pao bhaji ka Makeover Recipe

Generally, we don't like leftover dishes. But if we will make it interesting then we can serve it for guest also. For this dish, I have used leftover roti & pao bhaji. The new makeover is really interesting. It's crispy , healthy & tasty too.

Ingredients For Leftover Pao bhaji ka Makeover Recipe

Methods
  • 1. At first heat butter in a pan and cook the pao bhaji in it to make it dry.
  • 2. Make a batter of gram flour, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, chopped green chilli and coriander leaves. Add little water and make thick batter of it.
  • 3. Now take leftover roti and cook it on hot tawa for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • 4. Spread schezwan chutney on roti and put pao bhaji mixture on the half portion of roti.
  • 5. Fold the roti then and cut it into half portion.
  • 6. Dip the stuffed roti in gram flour batter and deep fry it in hot oil.
  • 7. Fry it in medium flame till crispy.
  • 8. After frying ,keep it in tissue to soak the extra oil.
  • 9. Sprinkle chat masala over it and serve it hot with any of your favourite dip sauce.
