Ingredients For Maize flour Pizza Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Make a dough of maize flour, salt, 1tspn oil & required hot water.Cover it & keep rest for 10minutes.
  • 2. Heat 1tspn oil, add red chilli & boiled mashed potato.Add salt & cook it for 1 or 2 minutes.
  • 3. Now take a portion from the dough & roll it like roti with the help of roller pin.But this roti should be half inch thick.
  • 4. Now put the paratha on hot tawa.Brush oil on both side & slightly roast it.
  • 5. Place the partha on a plate now.Apply pizza sauce & potato mixture evenly over it .
  • 6. Now take another paratha & place it on first paratha.Apply pizza sauce, chopped capsicum & tomato on it.
  • 7. Finally add lots lots cheese over it & bake it on hot tawa for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame.
  • 8. Healthy, tasty pizza is ready.Cut it into pieces & pack it for kids tiffin box.
