Ingredients For MAKHANA KABAB/LOTUS SEEDS KABAB RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Heat one tbsp clarified butter in a pan.
  • 2. Add lotus seeds/makhana and fry till brown.
  • 3. Once cooled, add in the blender and make a powder.
  • 4. Grate the cottage cheese/paneer.
  • 5. Take a large bowl and add all the above listed ingredients except clarified butter.
  • 6. Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.
  • 7. Heat clarified butter in a pan.
  • 8. Place the makhana kabab and cook till golden brown in color.
  • 9. Flipping once in between.
  • 10. Always cook in medium flame.
  • 11. Drain in paper napkin.
  • 12. Serve hot with tea.
