Ingredients For MALABARI DRY ROAST EGG CURRY RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Boil and peel the eggs and make long slit along each eggs.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and curry leaves to crackle.
  • 3. Add onion and ginger garlic and saute on low medium heat for 4 - 5 minutes until transparent.
  • 4. Add all spices and one tbsp water and mix well.
  • 5. Add green chilly and tomato and saute till soft.
  • 6. Add coconut milk and bring the mixture to boil.
  • 7. Add boiled eggs and cover the pan and cook for 10 - 15 minutes on a low flame.
  • 8. Turn off the flame
  • 9. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
