Methods
  • 1. Take maida one cup . Add rava,fennel ,cardamom and milk. Add water as required.
  • 2. Make a dough with proper pouring consistency. Whisk for 5 minutes.
  • 3. Let it dry for 30 minutes.Add water and sugar in a separate pan.
  • 4. Stir it well. Add cardamom and saffron and stir well till it gets the thick consistency.
  • 5. Let the jeera boil for 10 minutes. Pour the prepared dough in hot oil or ghee. Deep fry in medium flame as it puffs up like poori.
  • 6. Soak the prepared puri in jeera for 30 minutes. Sprinkle some dry fruits on top and serve it warm or cold.
