Ingredients For Mango coconut burfi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take coconut in a pan on medium heat. Roast it with stirring continuously till it gets dry and lightly brown.
  • 2. Then add milk, sugar and mango pulp.Mix it and keep cooking on medium heat.
  • 3. Don’t forget to stir.Keep cooking till it dries out, becomes thick and It takes 15-20 minutes.
  • 4. Turn off the flame add cardamom powder and mix. Remove it to a greased tray or container.
  • 5. Spread it evenly and smooth out the surface. Sprinkle chopped Almonds on top. Let it cool completely so it sets. Once set, cut into pieces and serve.
