Ingredients For Mango Mousse Ghewar Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel and grind the mangoes and add sugar and grind them finely in the mixer.
  • 2. Now take ghee in a vessel and add some ice cubes, mash it.
  • 3. When ghee becomes creamy, remove the ice cubes from it.
  • 4. Now add maida, milk and water to the mixture and mix it well.
  • 5. Now heat the oil in a pan and with a spoon pour the flour mixture little by little from the height and make a ghewar.
  • 6. Now add sugar and water to a vessel and make a string syrup and pour the sauce over the ghewar.
  • 7. Now pour the liquid of any mango in the serving plate, place the ghewar on it and cut a few pieces of mango and serve it on top.
