Methods

How to make Mango mousse Recipe

1. Add the 3/4 cup mangoes and sugar in a blender. Blend till smooth, make a smooth puree.
2. In a big bowl take whipped cream and 1/4 cup mango puree and mix it well. Keep aside.
3. Take serving glasses. Fill 1/4 glass with mango puree and tap it lightly.
4. Take piping bag ,fill with whipped cream. Now fill them in glasses on the mango puree.
5. Fill 1/4 glasses with mango whipped cream, top with chopped mango pieces. Refrigerated it and serve chilled.
