Ingredients For Mango Rabdi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan. Reduce the flame and allow to simmer .
  • 2. Keep stirring at regular intervals, continue to do this till the milk is reduced to less than half of the original quantity.
  • 3. Add sugar and allow to dissolve it in milk. Add the cardamom powder and allow to cool to room temperature.
  • 4. Add the mango puree n mix well. Keep in a refrigerator to chill. Garnish with the chopped mango.serve chilled.
