Ingredients For Mango Sabudana Kheer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak 1 cup of Sabudana for 5 hours. Now into a Kadai add 1 teaspoon of ghee roast the dry fruits and keep aside.
  • 2. In the same Kadai add 1/2 litre of milk and bring into a boil, now add soaked sabudana, sugar and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 3. Allow it to cool completely. Once it cools down add 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder, dry fruits, mango puree and mix well.
  • 4. Now yummy and delicious Mango Sabudana Kheer is ready to serve.
