Ingredients For Mango sago kheer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil milk well, add soaked sabudana in milk and allow it to cook, but not overcooked.
  • 2. Add sugar and boil till it melts down, add cardamom powder , cashews and raisins
  • 3. Cool it down to room temperature. Once kheer cooled down add mango puree.
  • 4. Keep in fridge for 3-4 hours and serve chilled .garnish with almonds and pistachios.
