Methods
  • 1. Boil the rice with food color till it cooks perfectly.strain the water and keep the rice aside.in a pot add ghee add cardamom.
  • 2. Add mango pulp and sugar cook for 2-3 minute. add cooked rice. cover and cook till rice absorbs sugar and it became dry.
  • 3. Add dry fruits and khoya on to and serve.
