Ingredients For Marquise ( mousse) Recipe.

Methods
  • 1. Cream butter and sugar.
  • 2. Add the egg yolks one b one, while creaming,
  • 3. Now gradually pour them in the melted chocolate
  • 4. Soak the gelatine in thrice the amount of water.
  • 5. Once bloomed microwave for 20 seconds.
  • 6. Add this mix into the creamed mixture and mix.
  • 7. Now transfer this in the mousse mould and refrigerate it over night.
  • 8. Demould and garnish it with chocolate decoration.
