Ingredients For MATAR KACHORI RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan,. add cumin seeds to crackle.
  • 2. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for one minute.
  • 3. Add matar, green chilli, red chillie powder, turmeric powder and saute for 4-5 minutes.
  • 4. Once cooled, grind to make a coarse paste.
  • 5. Add salt now matar stuffing is ready.
  • 6. In a bowl, mix maida, salt, 2 tbsp oil, carom seeds and onion seeds to make a soft dough using little water at a time.
  • 7. Keep aside for 15-20 minutes and knead the dough again.
  • 8. Divide the dough into equal parts and roll out thin chapati.
  • 9. Cut into round shape with cookie cutter.
  • 10. Stuff the matar filling and cover it with other kachori.
  • 11. Seal the edges with fork.
  • 12. Make all kachori with same method.
  • 13. Heat oil in a medium flame to deep fry kachori.
  • 14. Serve hot with aloo tamatar sabji.
