Ingredients For MATAR PANEER KI SUBJI RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 2. Add cumin seeds to crackle.
  • 3. Add onion and saute till onion turns golden brown.
  • 4. Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder, green chillies, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix well.
  • 5. Now add tomato and add some water n saute for 4-5 minutes in medium flame.
  • 6. Fry the masala till the oil starts to leave the sides.
  • 7. Add matar and mix well.
  • 8. Add water and bring to boil.
  • 9. Cook till peas are tender.
  • 10. Add panee and garam masala.
  • 11. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve
