Methods
  • 1. Pressure cook peas, ginger and chilli for 2 whistle with little water. Cool to room temperature.
  • 2. Make a puree in a blender.
  • 3. Add the puree to wheat flour. Add methi, oil and salt.
  • 4. Mix well and make a firm dough. Use water only if required.
  • 5. Keep aside for 15 min.
  • 6. Make round poori and deep fry.
  • 7. Serve hot with aloo masala sabji for best taste.
