Ingredients For Mexican Tadka Dhokla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl add semolina curd and salt mix well .
  • 2. Add Mexican Salsa sauce mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • 3. In a steamer add 2 glass water and boil it.
  • 4. Now grease the dhokla mould with butter.
  • 5. In a batter add one tablespoon eno and mix it.
  • 6. Pour the batter in the greased mould.
  • 7. Put the mould in the steamer and steam it for 15 minutes.
  • 8. Put the mould in the steamer and steam it for 15 minutes.
  • 9. After 15 minutes check the dhokla with toothpick.
  • 10. Let it cool and cut the square pieces.
  • 11. In a Pan add Ghee heat it up and white seesame roast slightly.
  • 12. Add long cutting onions and roast slightly.
  • 13. Add capsicum, salt and roast it.
  • 14. Now add dhokla pieces in Tadka and mix lightly.
  • 15. Now our Mexican Tadka Dhokla is ready for serve.
