Uttapam is a traditional South Indian breakfast item. It is made from dosa batter but has been made slightly thicker to make it spongy and fluffy. Uttapam is also a common street food and also healthy because it is rich in carbohydrates, and does not contain any sugar or fats. - I gave a little twist, instead of onions I used tomatoes and prepared in small shapes by using snacks maker. - Use less oil while preparing it or if possible use desi ghee to make it more healthy and tasty. Try it for once I am sure you all will like it.
Tip - 1) If you do not have nonstick snack maker then you can also make it in dosa pan. 2) You can use ghee instead of oil.
