Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 2. Add capsicum and carrot saute one to two minutes. till crunchy.
  • 3. Take a bowl add rava,all purpose flour,gram flour and salt to make a thick batter.
  • 4. Rest for 15 minutes.
  • 5. Heat non stick pan.
  • 6. Add one tbsp oil and rub it with tissue paper.
  • 7. Pour a small spoon of batter on it.
  • 8. Pour a small spoon of batter on it.
  • 9. Lower the heat but some oil over uttapam.
  • 10. Add capsicum and carrot on it.
  • 11. Flip when done on one side.
  • 12. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
