Ingredients For Mint Lemon Ginger Summer drink

Methods
  • 1. Take two glasses of water, heat to 70-80 degrees C. Until it is just about difficult to touch.
  • 2. Now add rind of one lemon, keep aside two thin slices for garnishing and add juice of the rest of the lemon.
  • 3. Add 5-6 mint leaves then Stir in sugar and let the mixture rest covered and cool to room temperature. Then put in freezer to cool.
  • 4. Once chilled remove from freezer filter with strainer into a tall glass add ginger juice a couple of mit leaves and garnish with a lemon slice.
