  • 3. Keep aside for 30 minutes, again knead it.
  • 4. Divide the dough into balls,roll out puris
  • 5. Heat enough oil in a pan.
  • 6. Place the puri lower the heat and fry till light brown.
  • 7. Serve hot with aloo bhaji
