Ingredients For Mix veg paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First for preparing dough take a large bowl and add wheat flour then add salt and prepare a chapati dogh and keep aside.
  • 2. Take a bowl add all vegetables add all masala and mix it well.
  • 3. Take a small part from dough and take rolling pin and give circular small shape to it add the 1 tbsp filling and cover it in dough than press gently and make paratha.
  • 4. Put tawa on gas on mid flame place paratha on it spread oil to both side. Roast this paratha from both side.serve hot with chutney.
