Ingredients For MIX VEG PARATHA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash and chop all the veggies and boil in a pressure cooker.
  • 2. Once cooled mash all the veggies.
  • 3. Add chopped green chilly,grated ginger and coriander leaves,
  • 4. All ingredients add in the wheat flour and also add one tbsp oil and make a soft dough.
  • 5. On a heated pan make paratha applying oil on both the sides.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy.
