Ingredients For MUG DHOKLA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take bowl mix together gram flour,yogurt,sugar,salt lemon juice,one tsp oil and1/2 cup of water to make a smooth paste.
  • 2. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • 3. Add eno fruit salt in the dhokla mixture just before making dhokla and mix well.
  • 4. Pour the batter in a greased mug ,put one mug at a time and microwave high for three minutes.
  • 5. Repeat the process and cook another mug.
  • 6. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds ,once it crackled add the green chillies,sesame seeds,2 tsp sugar,coriander leaves and 1/4 cup of water and turn off the flame and pour over the mug dhokla.
  • 7. Serve hot.
