How to make Multi flour tarts with a savoury twist Recipe

First take a bowl add yeast then sugar and lukewarm water and mix and keep aside for ten minutes. It will froth. Now take another bowl add ragjira flour wheat flour maida and salt and mix well. Then add yeast mixture to it mix well with little more water and make a dough grease it on top and keep aside for it to become double in size. It will take half hour.

Now take muffin mould or tart mould grease it and roll the dough and shape it to the mould and make holes with fork or knife and add some gram can be white peas or lobia or Chanaor any kind, this is blind baking.

Bake these shells for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

For filling

Once baked take out the gram then put the filling.

Apple filling: cut green apple and red apple to small pieces then add sugar, cinnamon powder, a pinch of salt and sprinkle some chilli powder and cook well. At the end add lemon juice and coriander chopped.

For stew filling. First take the Kadai add oil mustard seeds then hing and chopped onions and green chilli cook well. Now add the chopped veggies and salt and cook well. Once done add 1/2 cup milk to it and then mix 3 tablespoons milk with corn flour and add this mixture to the veggies and cook till it becomes thick. Then sprinkle cardamom powder and cinnamon powder when hot and serve with tarts.
