This South Indian Recipe contains all the goodness and taste of a regular masala dosa but with a different innovative look. Potato Masala, is an Indian dish made with yellow potatoes, sautéed onions, and a tasty blend of spices and fresh chilies.This is served mostly with savory South Indian–style dosas (fermented lentil and rice crepes) include coconut chutney.

Ingredients For Net Masala Dosa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Keep the pan/kadai for heating and add 1 table spoon oil, once oil is heated add mustard seeds, cumin, urad dal, chana dal and fry it till dals become light brown.Then add green chillies, curry leaves and fry it for 30 seconds..
  • 2. Now add onion, turmeric powder, salt and fry it for 2-3 minutes or till onions turn soft.
  • 3. Add Boiled & mashed potato and mix it well, close the lid and cook for 2 minutes.Turn off the flame.
  • 4. Now add coriander leaves, squeeze lemon juice and mix it well.
  • 5. Potato Masala filling for Net Dosa is ready
  • 6. Firstly,take Dosa batter .Take a ketchup bottle add batter in it with small spoon.Make a square like a net with slowly on Dosa tawa pan.put some oil on it.
  • 7. Then put masala on it and roll it slowly.Net Masala Dosa is ready to serve.
